Process engineers of "RUBIKOM" meat-processing factory together with the specialists from Russia and Europe continuously work at developing new kinds of sausage products. This contributes to widening of assortment and creating of unique receipts. Among the new products we want to mention the one called "Imperskaia". Elite large-piece sausage made of high quality pork, beef, and lard. It has distinctive smoking aroma that distinguishes it among others and due to this fact the sausage taste has become delicious. "Imperskaia" sausage distinctly stands for its original form that decorates festive tables and has become a spice element of laying the table.
